We dont see retrogression again atleast for F2A. NVC now knows atleast the volume of cases present atleast until end of 2009; as many of them were complete. So I think we will see Only forward movem

I've changed the format for better viewing. If you're updating the list

Please try to use "Courier New" and size 3 for consistency.

Judging from the PD I assume everyone on the list is case completed at NVC.

Let's keep the "PD watch list" a tradition for each VB, it'll save us all time

For all the 2008 and 2009 PDs I'm curious. When the visa bulletin was current last year what was the status of your cases. Esp the 2008 ones.

EVEN I AM curious about the same..May Be the NVC did not complete the case by then..May be that's why they are lagging...Any 2008/2009 fillers can give a better answer to this..

I guess I am not alone thinking about who benefited from last year's PD surge. There was a parallel discussion on this very fact in the AUG VB thread (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/313988-august-2011-visa-bulletin-predictions/page__st__555). The general consensus seems to be most people with PD current sat on their a$$ and didnt file their paperwork. According USCIS reports and CIS Ombudsman report (http://www.dhs.gov/files/programs/cisomb-telecon-family-visa-retrogression.shtm), they got lot of applications by Dec 2010, which is hard to believe and no statistics available from Dept of State. With all the hypothesis, even I am curious to know from fellow members of 2008/2009/2010 PD on their status when the PD surged.

Well my case, was completed in Dec, thats why i didnt get an interview. :(

PD: 30 DEC 2008

CC: 12 DEC 2010

Interview: 04 OCT 2011: Approved

POE: 15 OCT 2011 JFK
