One potential lawyer told friends of mine that. NVC will start processing 2011 cases by first week of September. I don't know how true it would be. But my guess if PD move to early 2010 by November vb, it could be possible nvc will start processing of end of 2010 through first couple of months of 2011.

yep...u r absolutely right....i also think in the same way....normally nvc process case well in advance as per the nvc remarks...so i also think that the cases of 2010 end will be started around last quarter of 2011...
