We dont see retrogression again atleast for F2A. NVC now knows atleast the volume of cases present atleast until end of 2009; as many of them were complete. So I think we will see Only forward movem

Guys, I was wondering if after a year has passed and no interview has been scheduled if one would have to provide a new AoS. Mom called NVC yesterday and they said no but I'm still skeptical.

I share your thought here and actually have a good clue about processing. NVC has a proclamation that visa should be sought within I year of availability. One compelling reason that completed cases should be called for interview within 1 year is because attachment of the AOS will expire just like your skepticism. The ensuing months are critical for PDs completed in 2010. True , NVC may require renewed AOS again and experience further delays.

once your case (pd) becomes current again and they schedule you for an interview . You need to provide new tax returns as well as the paper works for AOS to make it updated , otherwise they would put your case on hold thru AP ( application pending) until you provide them an updated one. Less hustle ,right so your on the right track :)

whAT About mine? my pd is oct2010. I only received nvc case number assigned.. and thats it.. nothing else! huhuhuu

i think all of the pd on 2010 got aos and ds3032.. but me is nothing...so tired to wait..

Im confused about this as well, because my case got completed on june 6th 2011 and my priority date is oct 2010, i wonder why they didnt ask for your documents

I think persons with PD upto nov 2010 had been processes but pd with dec 2010 has not been processed yet....

Interview 08/02/2012

RFE DNA/ did the DNA test req 8/2/2012

8/3/12 Collection kit was mailed in Tirana embassy (for my brother)

8/13/12 my brother was called at the embbasy. and the kit was mailed out to DNA center in California.

9/7/12 The results mailed out to Tirana Embassy

9/14/12 embassy called my brother to mail his passport to get his visa.

DNA journey lasted 6 weeks

yeah it is.. what shud i do.. i call 5minutes ago to follow up. then they said is not eligible. they processe the july 2008...

pity you for being helpless. Since you have your case number i wonder if you can try opening your payment portal and proceed paying your IV and AOS fees just to keep you going and while waiting for ur DS3032. Guys, i am not sure if she can do this.

try to email them the DS3032 after the September VB come out PD is way far from the cut-off but maybe the advancement for SEP VB will help ..

I have a Question about Tax Paper. We need to submit only the Recent Year Tax Paper or AOS Forms tooo ????????

I am doing both,Just in case...You never know these Visa Officers...Just in case they ask u and keep u on hold and then u keep thinking,Oh God why didnt I take it with me...So its better to take it now with u and be on the safer side.
