DS3032 is sent to the beneficiary and the copy of this forum is sent to the petitioner too. This document signals the start of NVC's Consular processing. The purpose of this form is to select beneficiary's CHOICE of AGENT. It can be petitioner/beneficiary or attorney. The NVC then communicates with the Choice of Agent. It is better if you select your choice of agent and send it in an email instead of waiting for the form DS3032 from NVC and returning it to the NVC. It saves time. I did it too!.. I hope that helps!

thank you so much .. I was just concern about the mailing thing to my address that it wont help me to be updated with the NVC, so better try to email them without the letter and see if they accept it ..

BTW my Priority date is March 22, 2009. I am one of that unlucky person who unable to get the interview date even my case was complete last November and retrogression caught me. Now its my turn again. HuuurReeey ........................

even i dont believe that she should be in f2a...she must have transfered to IR/CR.....and one thing more it is not possible for any country to be so advance in f2a bcaz of numerical limit applies to only three or four counries but apart from that each and every country is in the same boat....so if a person from EL SALVADOR got interview, all ppl from other countries should get interview but it had not happened....so my point is probably right...
