We dont see retrogression again atleast for F2A. NVC now knows atleast the volume of cases present atleast until end of 2009; as many of them were complete. So I think we will see Only forward movem

I think people need to relax.. if no one here on this message board got their interview dates doesnt mean NO ONE across America got it either. There are only very few people that show up on this message board and not everyone is so active on it. We should wait and see, also it would be nice if the person who usually updates from his other vietnamese board, I think somewhere from Houston, update on any news or updates they heard.

I think ppl will start getting their interview dates after 12am tonight. Like we all did last month for the august interviews.

USCIS

06/15/2008 - I-130 sent

06/19/2008 - Priority date

08/06/2010 - Approval date

NVC

09/21/2010 - NVC case number assigned

10/09/2010 - DS 3032 received

10/10/2010 - DS 3032 sent

10/11/2010 - AOS bill paid

10/21/2010 - DS 230 bill paid

11/07/2010 - ds 230 sent

11/18/2010 - AOS sent

11/30/2010 - RFE received for birth cert

12/19/2010 - New birth cert sent

12/11/2010 - RFE received for tax return

01/04/2011 - RFE responded

01/05/2011 - RFE entered into the system

01/25/2011 - Case completed

02/18/2011 - SIF!!! (After 24 days of case complition)

06/28/2011 - Interview scheduled for Aug 3

08/03/2011 - Interview in Montreal @ 8:00 a.m. Approved

07/18/2011 - Medical done. Report picked up on 07/20. Packet sealed. :(

02/05/2011 - FP letter rcvd. FP date assigned for 02/18/2011

02/10/2011 - FP done (walk-in)

03/04/2011 - Name check done by FBI

IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN ANSWER MY QUESTION???????

As we all know we have significant advance movement in 2010 in F2A...Why??

we have completed cases of 324864 out of which most of the ppl are not given visa having PD before 2010 then how could they advance the cutoff dates to 1st august 2010????? look at the DOS report on 1st NOVEMBER 2009....

I THINK THERE CAN BE THREE POSSIBILITIES...

1. ALL THE 324864 APPLICATIONS WHICH HAVE BEEN APRROVED HAD BEEN GIVEN VISAS....(WHICH I THINK WRONG)

2. DOS HAVE THEIR PERSONAL INTERST FOR MORE FILING IN F2A...MEANS MONEY..

3. MANAGEMENT OF DOS HAVE THEIR FRIENDS OR RELATIVES WAITING FOR VISA SO THEY ARTIFICIALLY MOVED THE CUTOFF DATE AND GAVE THEM VISA AND THEN RETROGATION....

WHAT DO U THINK??? WHICH IS THE RIGHT ANSWER??? OR IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY ???

PLZ THINK ABOUT THIS...

There are different number of applicants for each country. It may be possible that the cut-off dates in visa bulletin was moved so that visa became available for countries with less applicants.

if a country with lower demand will have advanced cutoff dates then the countries with higher demand should not have advance movement in cutoff dates...but it happened all over the F2A ...so i am not comfertable with that advance movement when over 300000 ppl is waiting for visa with approved petition...something must be wrong...

You are right, something does not make sense. Lets hope that visa bulletin moves faster with no retrogression from now on. :whistle:
