AND MY PRIORITY DATE IS OCT 1, 2010.. WHATS WRONG? WHEN I CALL NVC ALWAYS SAYS " THE VISA IS NOT AVAILABLE U NEED TO WAIT UR PRIORITY TO BECOMES AVAILABLE. THEN WHY OTHERS GOT COMPLETED AND PAY FEES, DATS NOT FAIR, RIGHT?

u r absolutely right....even i dont understand ppl having PD in nov 2010 had been allowed to submit ds 230 and many ppl having pd before that even havenot started the procedure at NVC...strange policies.....it's it!!!

Would like to share an info with you guys if you wont mind. You may want to download the IV and AOS applications forms already as drafts while waiting the Letter from NVC and start gathering your requirements. Once your payment portal is open pay the fees immediately and download the document cover sheets for the IV and AOS. When your PD becomes current send your documents altogether to NVC and your good. Lesser worry of retrogression again. Just sharing the experiences last year when most cases were overtaken by retrogression.

Don't worry it's still early, if after the 28 we don't hear anything then we should start worrying. :)

we can start hearing about interviews around 27th of evry month..

I was looking at our olf forums for previous months interviews and ppl started getting them around 27th of each month..So wait patiently untill tommorow to hear good news..

yes ..brother..you are right..bcaz there are so many ppl having case completed but they didnt get any interview...what we can say..we can say poor nvc prediction!!!!!!! by the way ...you will get interview soon with in four or five month...best of luck bro... :thumbs:

Man.. i cant wait 5 Months more man... its getting really tensed back in india man...oh my dear lord do some miracals..

I have also watched that website for the past several months and it does give very close predictions, but this time i hope it will be dec 08. well it is two days to go we will see.

I got the I-130 approval notice on 21 july 2011(PD:18 March 2011).Can any one let me know what are the next steps?when can I hear something from NVC?

How long will it take to assign case number?I am planning for Adjustment of status in U.S.Will I still be getting choice of agent letter?
