I'm sure this is the first of many "specific question" topics I will be posting, so please bear with me as we figure everything out!

My husband is here on a P-1 Visa and we are doing a concurrent 485/130 filing.

The "Last Address Outside the US for More Than a Year" should self explanatory; but alas, I'm confused.

At 16, while my husband lived in Canada 100% of the time, he split time between his parents' house and his billets' (host family in another Canadian city where he played hockey and attended HS) house. His permanent address was his parents' address. Do we use that address, or do we have to go back even further in time?

I have a similar question for the 5yr Residence History. His permanent address is our home address where we've lived since 2007. However, during season, he does not live at home.

For each year do we list permanent or physical address? I.e., 5/2011 to present XYZ Home Address, 9/2010 - 5/2011 XYZ In Season Address, 5/2010 - 9/2010 XYZ Home Address, etc., or simply 4/2007 - Present XYZ Home Address, 7/2006 - 4/2007 XYZ Address?

Do we/should we provide an explanation with either scenario?

Thanks in advance for your help.
