Did you get your IIN yet? The operator can give you that at least.

Mine is 4 weeks today and no news for me as of yet. Misery loves company lol

Please keep us updated - all eyes are on you to indicate when the 6/16 NOA2'####### NVC. "one day at a time" has never been so frustrating. what ever happened to our constitutional rights of "all men are created equal?" heheh - VSC is now 7 times faster than CSC? I am just trying to live out the unalienable right of "pursuit of hapiness" part too. :)

Best of luck in your journey!

Is it just me, or.. has anyone else noticed the NOA2 have been under 50 days lately? NVC is going to be sooo swamped these next few months. Sounds like they need some adjudicators to be promoted to mailroom supervisors.

I would have paid $$$ to have approved petition sent to VSC by courier if that had been an option.

You are right it was approved on 6/17.

It is alright - I didn't want you to wait till 18th. Just scan your approval letter and email to them ASAP. Remember to add the full name and date of birth of both of you in the body of the email requesting them to research your case approved on 6/16 or 6/17 (your time line states 6/17), whcih ever is right.

Yeah ... think about it...

On one side, the CSC meets & beats it's NoA1 --> NOA2 deadlines, and there is no offical "out-the-door" stamp. So on their side, little to accountability after approval.

On the other side of the country, why would NVC be incented to pressure USCIS for mail? They have no accountability for unreceived mail.

... and we have all been calling NVC... hmmm...

Our I-130 was approved June 21st 2011 and still no case number. I have been calling nvc twice everyday since our I-130 was approved I would get a different reply every time. Now still after 15day's we still have no case number. They told me to scan a copy of the approval and email it to them. I did three day's ago and still calling them everyday to see if I can find something out about our case. I am very worried this is scary not knowing what happend and how long it will take to figure out what went wrong! They tell me there is no time line they can't tell me how long this will take to find out what is going on and when we will get our case number. So I called uscis and told them what is going on they told me I have to wait 90 day's from the time our I-130 was approved for them to step in and find out what is going on. This is insane we are suppose to just sit and wait for them not knowing when I will be able to start my life with my husband!?! Looking for other's experience with this situation, anything you can tell me to help get through this process.

It looks like USCIS (CSC) is bothered about their own accountability as far as the NOa1 - NOA2 period (looks like someone questioned them) and are churning the I-130 approvals at speed. And then are sitting on the approved cases to be sent to NVC, as they are within their accountable period - 90 days is insane. Yes there has not been any progress in sending the cases from CSC to NVC after 6/15 for almost a week.

Hope that they will move their staff back to NOA2 - NVC work once they reach their target NOA1 - NOA2 dates. I am still hopefully that all June approvals will get to NVC next week.
