Wow that is the latest so far? 6/15? TG! At least it 's now starting to move! Mine is 6/24 I-130 and I-129f approval.

3.17.2011 - filed for I-130

3.24.2011 - I-130 NOA1 received

5.19.2011 - filed for I-129f

5.24.2011 - I-129f NOA1 received

6.24.2011 - I-129f NOA2 received (APPROVED)

6.24.2011 - I-130 NOA2 received (APPROVED)

7.26.2011 - NVC received; Case Number and IIN received; gave email address; DS 3032 Sent

7.27.2011 - AOS Bill invoiced and paid (In Process)

7.28.2011 - AOS appears PAID

8.01.2011 - IV FEE invoiced and paid (In Process)

8.03.2011 - AOS sent ~~>received (8.5); APPROVED (8.15)

8.10.2011 - IV Packet sent ~~>received (8.12); APPROVED (8.19)

8.19.2011 - SIF

8.26.2011 - Interview date assigned (10.5)

Hi all, I just talked to the NVC and the lady told me that they don't know why our files aren't coming in and they are trying to figure it out.

I called NVC today and the goes "hat's the first I heard about a problem at CSC". nervous chuckle. Our NOA2 was approved 7/7 so I got another 2 weeks of this Here are two phone numbers for people

ok, so i got on the phone and called them up. The rep said that the requests get forwarded to them within 15 business days. They didn't have anything on my case yet, so he told me to send an email with a scanned copy of the I797, NOA2 form attached to it to NVCResearch@state.gov. Once they receive the email they will research what has happened and by next week should have something. I wish i had known this last week when the 15 BUSINESS days were up. Hope this helps.

Once they receive the email they will research what has happened and by next week should have something. I wish i had known this last week when the 15 BUSINESS days were up. Hope this helps.

It is alright - I didn't want you to wait till 18th. Just scan your approval letter and email to them ASAP. Remember to add the full name and date of birth of both of you in the body of the email requesting them to research your case approved on 6/16 or 6/17 (your time line states 6/17), whcih ever is right.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

tomorrow is our 1 month of waiting. and still no record. we already forwarded a copy of our noa2 since last week. what the heck is happening to nvc! everybody is getting there mnl case number already.. i felt like i'm super left behind. :(

Looks like no CSC case has been received at NVC since Monday, while the VSC cases are in at NVC in 4 - 5 days. No logic seems to fit in.
