I received the e-mail for the IV bill. So I logged in and saw the bill listed.

Just FYI...When I logged into payment portal it also showed applicant name and blank....So Jkminney your bill should be generated some time today or tomorrow...

Well I'll make sure I let you know when we get our IV bill and if you could do the same I would appreciate it because to be honest this last bit at NVC has made me ill.

Things at NVC are beginning to slowly improve but there are aberations still. I guess you guys will have your IV fee bills by the end of the days or tomorrow. All the best.

Did you get an email saying the IV bill had generated or did you just log into the payment portal and see it there to be paid?

Just got an email about IV progressing fee saying that I have been registered as a agent for the immigrant visa petition for my wife and just make my payment.

Would it matter if I sent the IV package out before the AOS.

We are just waiting on somethings from the IRS (AOS payment accepted) and won't get them till the end of the week. IV package is complete and just waiting on payment acceptance.

NVC received the file two weeks after NOA2 (I called them last night and spoke to an operator). They gave me the standard timeframe for it to be scanned into the system.

I'm not sure I understand your post, so you will have to clarify, I looked at that link you posted and it says to mail everything to the NVC unless you are doing electronic processing. Electronic processing is not available for Algeria.

It is for those countries that have been moved to online submission of everything (Electronic processing - not just sending just DS-3032). The majority of countries will move slowly to that process. Check if your country is already in the online processing of everything (I don't think your country is - check the NVC web site).

How did all of you send your AOS packages? Did you staple all the tax transcripts together as they are several pages long? Did you use on big paperclip to keep it all together or several small ones?
