CSC - NOA2 to NVC Delay

OK so...

AOS bill generated finally.

Two emails this morning, sent to both Petitioner and Beneficiary, both exactly the same.

1. Subject: (ACL UNIVERSAL)

Dear Principal Applicant:

The immigrant visa petition recently filed on your behalf is now eligible for further processing at the National Visa Center (NVC). You will need the following identification numbers to carry out the next steps in the immigration process.

The first stage of visa processing is to establish communication with the NVC by registering an agent and your agent's contact information with the NVC.

DS-3032 form was attached to this.

2. Subject: (PAOSF I-130 UNIVERSAL)

Before your petition can be processed you must pay the Affidavit of Support (AOS) processing fee ($88.00 USD). etc etc

DS-3032 form also attached.

Ok... so my question is that should I email the DS-3032 again, as you can see by my signature I have emailed it twice already.

AOS bill paid and status changed to In Process.

Paid via firefox was unable to pay via safari for those mac users.

I also just received NVC's email requesting the DS-3032, which we had emailed last week as well. I spoke to NVC operator this morning and asked if it needed to be sent again- she said if I sent it Aug 2, then I don't need to send it again as they'll "still be getting around to that email". I'll wait a few more days.. and see what happens!

I just received NVC's email requesting the DS-3032 as well, which we had emailed last week as well. I spoke to NVC operator this morning and asked if it needed to be sent again- she said if I sent it Aug 2, then I don't need to send it again as they'll "still be getting around to that email". I'll wait a few more days.. and see what happens!

Wonderful - this is the right approach for those who sent their DS-3032 emails earlier and are wondering what next - call NVC and check. I did the same and was told that our DS-3032 has not yet been processed by the time we got our DS-3032 request email.

Just had an email saying they have received my DS-3032. Finally I feel I'm making progress.

John did get an email stating they accepted his choice of agent email so now just waiting for the IV to generate. OMG light at the end of the tunnel!!!

Hmm..you sent your corrected one a day before I sent mine. Maybe if I am lucky they will accept it today as well.

I see that your approval and case receipt st NVC are prior to mine. I am sorry that NVC messed up and am glad that your are getting back on track. All the best.

When I created this thread, I never thought that that this thread will last beyond 2 - 3 weeks. But NVC after the July 4th long week-end (all approvals after 6/13 or so) just increased the time for NOA2 to NVC Case number from around 15 days to 30 - 45 days and made this a long thread. Hope NVC gets back to the ususal 15 days timeline again for this step.

One good thing I noticed is that the timelines after getting the AOS fee bill are back to the past timelines.

Just received e-mail confirmation for Ds-3032 few mins ago. Finally, things are moving. I paid the first bill on Sunday, still in process...
