As of this morning, still no case number assigned...this is crazy! Today I have no choice but to contact a Senator's office in some kind of desperation....

NOA2=30 June

NVC Received= 25July

A note to some non-computer folks: Make sure you use Internet Explorer to pay your fee's. I use google chrome 99.9% of the time and it would not generate the invoice after the initial login. I tried a portable firefox and I got the same deal. It might work for you I am not sure. I have tons of security and malware protection on my laptop so it could be different for you.

I have a feeling the AOS packet is gonna be in the mail and on it's way to NVC by Thursday afternoon.

I'm sitting here checking my email every 5 min to see if anything has been sent back regarding choice of agent. This is making me seriously ill. If I don't have a response from someone by tomorrow I'm just going to break down and mail it in. Not really what I want to do but if I can't get them to accept it via email I'm not sure what else to do.

Did you verify all contents of the e-mail is correct? Case numbers, names, DOB's etc. I believe someone had a case number wrong and they kept sending it in without correcting it. Once they caught the mistake and corrected it, it came through the next day.

Based on your case alone. I literally just put a stamp on the envelope to mail off the DS-3032.

I am not taking any chances...

yeah I've looked it over. The first 2 I now assume didn't go through because there was an issue with the case being input in the system hence the reason that it took 2 wks for me to actually receive emails/billing notice but now the 3rd time I've sent it all that should be in the system. Like I said I'll give it one more day then I'm mailing it.

Two emails this morning, sent to both Petitioner and Beneficiary, both exactly the same.

1. Subject: (ACL UNIVERSAL)

Dear Principal Applicant:

The immigrant visa petition recently filed on your behalf is now eligible for further processing at the National Visa Center (NVC). You will need the following identification numbers to carry out the next steps in the immigration process.

The first stage of visa processing is to establish communication with the NVC by registering an agent and your agent's contact information with the NVC.

DS-3032 form was attached to this.

2. Subject: (PAOSF I-130 UNIVERSAL)

Before your petition can be processed you must pay the Affidavit of Support (AOS) processing fee ($88.00 USD). etc etc

DS-3032 form also attached.

Ok... so my question is that should I email the DS-3032 again, as you can see by my signature I have emailed it twice already.

AOS bill paid and status changed to In Process.

Paid via firefox was unable to pay via safari for those mac users.

I emailed mine for the 3rd time on the same day you emailed yours...08/03 and no response yet. I think it's normally taking at least 3 business days to get a response so maybe hold off another day since today is the 3rd business day since we sent them.
