Ask your husband to check the email addresses given/ recorded to/with NVC ASAP - it lloks like some issue with email addresses. Next don't wait and send the DS-3032 eamil to NVC from your email address. Check this link and fill the correct details and send out the email to NVC.

Write his full name (just like on his immigration paper work) and his NVC case number.

There have been people that have had RFE's for writing too hard on the back and it shows on the front of the picture.

Either use a pencil and write very lightly or I recommend an ultra fine felt tipped sharpie permanent marker, again writing lightly.

Put both of your pictures into a sandwich or ziploc baggie and paper clip the entire bag to a plain white sheet of paper to send along with your documents.

Be sure to write your NVC case number on ALL pages with a pen or pencil just in case it gets misplaced.

I have the case number on all the paperwork already. I planned on writing his name/number on the back of the photos but I thought I read something the other day about someone getting an RFE for doing that so I thought maybe I wasn't supposed to. When we went through the K1 we brought ALL the paperwork I'm sending in to the embassy so I didn't have to do it then. Hopefully this week is the end of the paperwork for a while lol

SO VERY FRUSTRATED

Still no case number at NVC. I thought this was supposed to be the quick part once you're over the hump of waiting on I-130 approval.

I feel like crying right now.

The NVC is taking a while to get the cases entered into their system lately. Keep your head up- hopefully you don't have much longer to wait!

It was 34 days for us to get our case # on Aug 1st. No contact from NVC beyond that, and no AOS bill yet. We did send the DS-3032 email back on Aug 1st, but otherwise, we're back to waiting. At least there is some feeling of movement once the case # is assigned, this seems much easier than the waiting for it to arrive at NVC.
