Earlier in the day I hoped that you would get it today or tomorrow and you got today - it just a hope. Congrats - you should be able to get your NVC Case # calling them. I hope you case is already entered as per the email - because people shared in the past that after getting the Case Number there is a 1 - 3 days wait to get the case entered in their system. Update us please.

I call NVC daily. The operator was able to give me my case # and IIN #. However, the system has not generated the DS3032 email and the AOS bill. You'd think the system would be automated? So waiting for the email.

I really wonder if all the NVC people left for summer vacation?

How sweet and greatly appreciated I'm sure, hard to believe, I know, but I was married in USA 20yrs ago, lost my green card coming back to UK with hubby's job, my own fault, didn't think I would have to wait so long to see my family again.

Hi all, today is the 15th business day after receiving our approval (6/21). I first spoke with a representative and just sent an email to NVCRESEARCH@state.gov with USCIS case number in the subject line and names and dates of birth of both of us requesting them to research my case and help us get our NVC Case Number. I got an automated reply stating "Thanks for your recent inquiry to the national Visa Center. This e-mail is an auto response. Please do not respond. we review and reply as appropriate to all e-mails in order they are received. Thanks you, National Visa Center"

So calculate your 15th business day from your approval notice date and remember to send out email, if your case hasn't yet been received by NVC. I am thinking that this may help. However it is useless to send an email before that period.

I wish all the very best to all of you, who are waiting to receive your cases at NVC and best of luck with the process for those of you who received your case numbers.

It'd really be nice to 'the answer' as to why the approved I-130 petitions were stalled at CSC.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I tried to get that information but the two reps I spoke didn't reveal straight forward.

I purposefully said to them that I am worried that my case might have been lost as it is supposed to be received by NVC in a week to 10 days. All they said was that I should not be worried that my case is unique and lost. From the way they said, I am thinking they have all the cases received in time but have staff on vacation.

The way they are insisting on 15 busines days to send out an email with approval letter, I am also thinking that they are pulling the cases up from the stack. I could be wrong but that is what I am guessing.

I just read over the former adjudicator q/a in the guides section, even though it's a bit old.

I am flummoxed, really, about this stall.

It's as if the approved casefiles are being held somewhere, prior to mail room bundling for shipment to NVC.

It is had to say because the VSC cases are getting NVC case numbers, which kind of tells us that there is something wrong at CSC. But the CSC is sending out NOA2 har copies in mail and hence it is hard to believe that they are not sending out the cases to NVC.

However there could be third factor, the supervisors or whom ever it may be that needs to sign and forward those cases from CSC might be ones on vacation or..... But it still hard as NVC is now telling those that got NVC case numbers that it would take a week to get the cases entered into their system.

I guess it is an issue at both CSC and NVC due to the summer vacation time. Of course I would love to here what was the situation last year at this time.
