CSC - NOA2 to NVC Delay

Please remember that if the DS-3032 gets processed before your case is fully entered into the system, it will have to be resent. It happened in some cases and they got response stating that the beneficiary will be sent the documents to file...... In my case it was processed after my case was fully entered, so it was accepted. Why don't you wait for 2 - 3 more days and send - it is taking time to enter the cases into the system.

I'm thinking this may have happened to me.

I emailed the DS-3032 straight away after getting off the phone on Monday (where i got my case number and Invoice number)

When I log into the payment portal as the petitioner, for the AOS it states no fee amount and payment status as Not invoiced.

When I call the AVR it states:

Please allow 6-8 weeks for the beneficiary to receive notification.

Should I email the DS-3032 again?

My husband emailed that request straight away as well. We received an auto response but nothing else. Emailed it again last friday another auto response but nothing else. We were having issues with our bills generating. I've only just received the emails/billing notice this morning when I woke up. So once again we resent the DS-3032. I think because for one reason or another we weren't fully in the system the first 2 we sent weren't accepted so I'm hoping the email that was sent today is accepted and we can move forward. Maybe it's a UK issue lol. There are too many of us to keep up!

Go back to the old way of doing it from the Lingche NVC guide. Call the opeator and ask if the DS-3032 form has been generated. When you get a yes, when it has been generated. Send it in.

finally you got it yeah...congrats dave.

Some of us saved some time by sending the DS-3032 as soon as we got Case numbers and were lucky. But now things are not the same at NVC and trying to estimate when ones case is going to be entered into the system is difficult. Further I noticed that once you get email of AOS fee being ready and DS-3032 is being sent to beneficiary, NVC is responding quickly to the DS-3032 emails (2 - 3 days). Then NVC is also controlling post payment process due to heavy load bu keeping the status of the payments in "IN PROCESS" for over a week (this happened to some of us).

So if I were you, I will arrange to get DS-3032 after 3 - 5 days and then call the operator daily as Dave suggested and send again, if I get an email response to the DS-3032 stating blah blah (other than acceptance).

Signature help is providing better answers. In your case, I think you can send your DS-3032 (correct one) now. Also check your payment online access, AOS fee comes up for payment a day before you get an email from NVC!

Ok so I just noticed I had a mistake in the case number in the DS-3032 email I sent. S***

This could be the problem... I can't believe I have done this.

I hope it doesn't reflect badly.

All, I am getting to the conclusion that all those that said that they got a negative response from NVC regarding their DS-3032 may be cases where the information provided in their email might have been wrong.

How else can we explain the fact that NVC allowed us to use IV Cover sheet to send AOS packets, saying the barcode is the same and it should be fine. I know for certain that in my case the AOS fee was generated before my DS-3032 was reviewed because of my unique case (Case number changed in between the process). Also my DS-3032 had BMB case number and it was processed after I got a new MDR case number without issue.

I am thinking that sending DS-3032 as soon as you get your Case numbers should be fine, as long as the details are correct.

I am looking forward to see someone come up with a different reason in not considering their DS-3032, unless they haven't yet realized that they made a mistake.....

I see that your AOS bill is generated today. If I am right, your DS-3032 will be accepted and system will be updated in 2 - 3 days and you should get an email and the IV bill should appear. Update us when it happens.

Congrats. Since you are the analysis guys in the forum, here are some comparisons- you filed I-130 16 days after me; got your approval 6 days after me; and 12 days after me. I am sure you are ready with all documents and let's see when all your documents will be received at NVC (mine just did today).

It is just to have some fun outside our mundane & crazy office/ NVC work.
