CSC - NOA2 to NVC Delay

So I just tried to log on to the NVC payment site as we have both our numbers and I states:

Sign In Failed

The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered do not match our records. Please try again or click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you have forgotten your Case Number or Invoice Identification Number.

What does this mean, have I actually got the numbers wrong or is it also possible that its way to early to be signing in to this as I only got the numbers today. I have already emailed the DS-3032

no you are fine.. Mine and others said the same thing until we actually had something to pay.. Look at my timeline.. I had a sign in fail from the day after I got my number until the 26th.. You are back to waiting.. but you can do it with a smile now. It goes fast from here!

Congrats by the way!! a 6/29 NOA2.. I think you are the CSC record holder now

I am pretty sure I missed the September window - not giving up trying! but I am a realist .. Still hopeful for October. I'm crossing my fingers for the rest of you.. They may get the first NVC case number for a July CSC NOA2 this week so they are moving forward at least.

Getting worried now we just received our NOA 2 7-28 and its looking grim now ;-(. Was hopping to get things done before October

You are good - in sending the Ds-3032 email. After you get your Case and IIN numbers, it will take around 4 - 5 business days for the actual case to be entered fully into the NVC systems. Once that is done, you will get a AOS fee and DS-3032 emails - then pay the AOS fee. Once the DS-3032 is accepted and updated, you will get the IV fee bill......

Keep checking that sign in page for any fee's, and I mean several times a day. This is your only true way of knowing what the process is entailing. You can also call NVC operators with specific questions and they will be able to answer it to the best of their ability.

Another call today as the billing email has STILL not shown up. The supervisor today said she was going to send the information to a manager because she had NO idea why the emails haven't gone out. So still waiting to be able to pay anything. I think I'm going to start calling everyday until the I can pay the bills. It's been breezy and now I'm about ready to just spaz out

Today I called NVC to speak to an operator. She told me that my case has been received by NVC, and they need to spend 10 to 15 days to load it into the system. So no case number yet. The AVR system still indicates that my case has not been received yet. So it looks like the operators do get a bit more up to date information than the AVR.

The AVR is screwy. There have been people that have completer their case without the AVR updating at all.

Sadly, our most concrete info is coming from the operators at NVC.

Just called and got the case number from the operator and gave the email addresses! AVR is not updated. I attempted to get the IIN as well, but the operator replied "Your case isn't even QC'd yet!"... whatever that means! Will call back tomorrow and try for the IIN, and will email DS-3032 in the meantime.

Ok. I am starting to get ticked off. Several people that got their NOA2 after me have gotten their case numbers last week and this week. I am not mad at those individuals, I am actually happy for them but I am ticked at the damn system.

What happened to the process of order? lol

I better get my case number this week sometime or your gonna hear about a earthquake in Central Ohio...

I know how you feel. I've told the operator when I call that I KNOW other people have gotten their NVC # and IIN after I did and they've already been able to pay both bills. I can't even manage to have 1 bill become available. We've sent the choice of agent twice and haven't received a response for that either. I'm not exactly sure what's going on at that office but it's becoming more and more frustrating as time passes. The only way to get an October interview is for us to get case closed this month and at this rate it's just not going to happen which is depressing. It's good that everyone else is getting closer to their loved ones I'm just concerned that something is wrong and I can't seem to find anyone that will give me a straight answer.

LOL doesn't do me any good to have the bloody case number when nothing can be done with it! I have to laugh because otherwise I will cry. I sit cursing to myself most of the day. I will probably need professional help before I'm through with this. Since this is our 2nd time going through this nightmare immigration my husband said we used up our quick route the 1st time around now they are going to make us suffer lol
