Drinking town!!!! lol!!!! We had an awesome time. We were at Blue Bay Villas in Playa Dorada. Very nice place. I do like Bavaro Beach better(all the way on the other side of the island) but with all this immigration #######, budget was a bit low

Thanks :) Ah Lets see.. We met at a place called the "ahi bar" in Santiago. I was drinking way too much which is always good for the courage to approach someone new.. We hit it off and never looked back... We are planning a road trip next year in the DR. I have yet to see Bavaro beach so it is for sure on my list!

Hi all, I just talked to the NVC and the lady told me that they don't know why our files aren't coming in and they are trying to figure it out.

If it were, I would be sending it asap.

Yes, that is what we did on 7/22 (if I waited for the email, we would have sent it on 7/26) and hence I could get the IV bill today and paid it.

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)

Hopefully you get your tomorrow. How long does it take for the case number to be in automated response? I called but is still said no record of case number..

Dave, don't wait - ask your wife to send the DS-3032 email, as you got your NVC Case number - it helps in getting IV fee bill quickly. See my signature.

We received our case number on the 19th. We still haven't received any emails. They are saying it's been forwarded to a supervisor for processing that was on the 26th. We sent our email to them regarding agent and never got a response either. I'm getting super frustrated at this point. Seriously how long can it possibly take to send an email so I can PAY THEM lol. Ugh. It's going to be a long weekend if I don't get something today.

Common guys I have been repeatedly stating thus and still there are a few doubters out there:

If you have received your NVC Case Number, don't wait for any email to be received from NVC by your foreign spouse - just send out the email DS-3032 form. NVC is accepting those and are acting accordingly.
