Slight correction - as soon as you get your NVC Case Numbers, ask your beneficiary to send out the DS-3032 email. They told me that they are processing the emails in the order of receipt and mine sent on 7/22 (NVC Case Number on 7/21) is in the pipe line. I just paid the AOS fee today and will plan to send out my I-864 set in 2 days time. Once our DS-3032 is processed and system updated, I can pay IV Fee and send out the DS-230 packet.

Bottom line - don't wait for DS-3032 email, just send it out as soon as you get your NVC Case number. Check the online access using your NVC Case Number and IIN regularly - the payment web site access is the first thing and then the email gets generated, so you may save a day by checking it.

I saw onerly July 1st approval getting NVC Case Number. looks like NVC is maintaining 30 days.

Yep, processing at NVC is pretty uniform and fluid if you have your stuff together. I stated earlier, I doubt it will go past the 30-45 days mark if you can get thorough sans RFE.

The usual timeline for NVC case number receive to AOS payment is usually 3-4 days. According to your timeline, they are still running in the right direction.

We got our invoice number today, I was told that it was too late to pay the bill online tonight and wait until tomorrow to do it. I was under the impression that we could do the ds-3032 by email but she said that my husband's country does not allow any electronic files by email so this may delay our process a little. My husband did mail me a filled out and signed ds-3032 but he has a mis type on his middle initial he does not have a middle name so he was to put n/a and he typed n/e I asked the lady if this was going to be an issue and she said it is not a critical error so to send the form and if nvc has an issue with it they will contact my husband. I wonder if I should just have my husband fill out and send the ds-3032 that nvc sent him by email to avoid any possible issue's that will cause delay of our process?

Alright, well I did not get my case number today. But, I called 3 times and spoke to 3 different operators (I have gotten the same 1 before twice) and they all said the same that it's in the building and it should be processed very soon. They all said 2-4 weeks, but I said come on and be serious. They ALL said with your NOA2 date, call back tomorrow and at the latest you should have it by the end of the week.

I then asked how is NVC processing compared to USCIS. They said, we are running right on schedule. USCIS service centers are the one's that have the hiccups in processing, sometimes they take more than 5 months or less than 2. It all depends on the season as this time of year it's the hottest season in terms of Immigration.

I then asked about NVC processing times. 2 of them said if you have your documentation in order and pay your bills on time. You can get out of here in 3 weeks. The other guy gave the normal 2-4 months answer.

This confirms my belief that the holdup was on USCIS CSC's end and not NVC as they are still receiving a steady flow from it's next doors neighbor VSC.

So, lets hope for tomorrow!

It's a small error.

If all his other documentation is in order and clearly shows he does not have a middle name, I would still send it in without delay.

You can still have your husband send the other one to you just in case in the meantime they reject the "n/e" document.

This is what I would do to save time and to be safe on the back end.
