CSC - NOA2 to NVC Delay

Our NOA2 was received May 31st and we still have nit been received at the NVC. Our senator called and he was told our petition is still at the USCIS.

I see that a lot of us have got NOA2 approvals in second week of June from CSC are waiting for the case to be received at NVC - VSC cases are received at NVC pretty quickly. The I posted this so that we share the NOA2 and NVC receipt dates, so that we know the progress after this long week-end. Thanks in advance to all.

CSC NOA2 6/13 > Inquiry to NVC after 15 business days 7/6 > NVC "received" 7/7.

Go to the tab "Immigration Timelines", then under "Visa Timelines & Stats" you can see "IR1/CR1 Visa Times Lines [Full] [stats]{Trends]". Click on [Full] and then sort the list on "NVC Received" or "NOA2" and at the bottom, you can choose all service centers or just CSC.

These reports are subject to the promptness with which VJ members update their timelines - I am sure the NOA2 to NVC guys are updating regularly. Of course we can get the details from all the cases as not all are registered at VJ.

No luck for me yesterday. All the best everyone - hopefully today is the day. Never stop hoping - hope keep you going.

Virginian61, congrats - please update your timelines. Once you get the Case number, call them an dgive them your email addresses - it takes 3 - 4 days to get the case entered into the NVC system. Once it is entered you will get emails for DS-3032 & AOS bill.

A CSC NOA2 date 6/15 saw the light on 7/8. I am expecting this week to be a good one for many of us. All whose NOA2 date is 6/19, please call an operator and then send out an email to nvcresearch@state.gov furnishing the USCIS Case #, Name and Date of birth of both petitioner and beneficiary requesting NVC to research on your case. Meh...I have gotten those too. I hung up on one for being so rude and just called back and got a nice pleasant lady on the phone.

Guys in another thread one of us posted stating that he called NVC and was told that NVC received a huge box from CSC. We may all see end of this tunnel very soon . But do what we have to do - meaning email them after 15 business days.

i send them e-mail on july 6th. today NVC send me reply its says

Please be advised that the National Visa Center (NVC) has received your

inquiry and the attached I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice.

Unfortunately, we do not have record of receiving your approved petition

from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The NVC will contact

USCIS on your behalf for information on the location of this petition.
