nope a month had passed!! my NOA2 was June 17th

there is hope!! get yoru congressman involved. not sure if that helped me today.

Congratulations!!! Finally!!!!

I called last night and still no case number they said it is en route meaning anywhere between NVC and USCIS.....

Congrats to all who got their case numbers. Please update your timelines, so that the reports will reflect the current position. I am waiting for 6/20 guys to get thier cases, so that I can be next.

Hi all, I just talked to the NVC and the lady told me that they don't know why our files aren't coming in and they are trying to figure it out.

I called NVC today and the goes "hat's the first I heard about a problem at CSC". nervous chuckle. Our NOA2 was approved 7/7 so I got another 2 weeks of this Here are two phone numbers for people

i dont know what to do? i send e-mail to congress they have not send me any reply yet. its like more then 3 days.

i send e-mail to NVC again 3 days ago..they have not reply yet. please tell me what to do? i am really worrying about it.

my case has been approved more then 1 month ago & i have not got NVC# yet.

however approved on 16,17,18 they already got NVC# but i have not got mine. please guys help me.

there is anyway i call CSC to ask them where is my file.

second last monday NVC send me e-mail they said my file in route. but where is it.

No reason to Panic.. If you remember back on Sunday/Monday morning the prediction was for this week was that NVC would approve 6/16, 6/17, 6/18 with some 6/18's spilling into next week.. this was a mistake because the 18th was a Saturday it should have been 6/16, 6/17, 6/20 with some 20s maybe spilling into next week.. You are right on the cusp of getting through. I think the only universal noticed so far is that emailing/cajoling/calling/etc does not seem to speed up the actual time to get the NVC case # assigned for anyone... It does make one feel better though :)

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Praise the Lord for He is good and faithful. Our petition was approved 6/21/2011 and I just called and got my NVC Case number and Invoice Identification Number (IIN) and I gave my spouse's email address :dance: :dance: :dance: .

I thank everyone for helping us keep hoping and am praying for all, who are waiting for your NVC Case Numbers. May the Good Lord bless you all.
