I see that a lot of us have got NOA2 approvals in second week of June from CSC are waiting for the case to be received at NVC - VSC cases are received at NVC pretty quickly. The I posted this so that we share the NOA2 and NVC receipt dates, so that we know the progress after this long week-end. Thanks in advance to all.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11

Hi all, I just talked to the NVC and the lady told me that they don't know why our files aren't coming in and they are trying to figure it out.

our dates: NOA2- June 27 ... as of 8am PST July 5 still no receipt of I-130 at NVC.

When I called last week they said "10-15 days" and also "90 days" to get ID. (!!!)

So... I think it's business as usual, and they pad their estimates to set expectations low.

I think we're all antsy b/c we have seen some VJ'ers get from NOA2--> ID in 3-4 days, and now they have already paid bills, etc. Those are exceptions, not the norm.

Let's say... 7-10 days seems reasonable, since there was a long weekend in there. :)

I got mine NOA2 on 16th June, still no NVC case#... I call them last Friday... and mail them my NOA2 scanned copy, now waiting for their response... I am going to call them later today again ... Seems like they are taking forever... :unsure:

Based on the updated information on VJ, the 6/11/2011 approval set has been received at NVC on 6/30/2011. Hopefully we will have ours in 20 days.

The operator told me to wait till 7/13 before they would seek NOA2 copy to inquire. Of course I will continue to call an operator daily once. Keep updated your progress please, so that we know whether we are sailing in the same boat or our cases is unique requiring special follow up. thanks to all.

omg..why NVC taking forever.

i call them every night around 10pm. every time they told me something different.

last night i call them she said i need to scan NOA2 & send them on NVC e-mail address.

today i call she said its take more then 20 business day. i ask her why u guys doing like that 15 days, 20 days etc..every single person tell me something different she said i dont why they told u 15days. but i knw its take 20 business days.

omg...can't wait anymore. why some ppl getting within 10 days. how long we have to wait.

I asked the NVC rep today if USCIS waits for a pile to send as a batch and he said "yes, they come in batches."

So... the June NOA2's at CSC are stacking up, I imagine. Anda any day now, they will send the bundle over to NVC. They probably send the batches every 10 to 15 days, and we just got the raw end of the deal in terms of timing. On the plus side, the phone reps are a lot nicer than I expected. :)

I think there must be a delay as I received my NOA2 June 14th and still nothing. I have emailed NVC and they are trying to locate for me, I did read some where that they only receive batches the middle of each month, not sure though.

As per updates in VJ, NVC received the cases of June 11 NOA2 on 6/30. And there were no updates since then. Yes, someone talked to NVC representative and mentioned that the cases are being sent by CSC in batches. Hopefully all our cases will arrive at NVC by 7/10 - even if they are bundling cases together every 15 days (June 15 through June 30). This is just my hopefull desire - my last document - Kuwait PCC is being delivered today by DHL, so I am eagerly awaiting for the NVC Case Number. All the best guys.

my husband he already got his Passport Clearance within 8 days.

he apply for 27th june & everything is clear so they send it next day on his address he received it on this monday.

now he is going to apply for his Police clearance i hope he get before i got NVC#.

We need to show it at the interview since our state (Gujarat) will not give our the Passport Clearance Cert. without an interview letter from the U.S.
