Thanks Sookiely, yeah I wast last there in Jan 2011 and probably wont have her visa to come here before Nov- Jan so thats long enough! For what it's worth everyone, I see on the news parts of vermont had flooding and alot of power outs everywhere from the Hurricane. June activity seemed to be slow before the storm but dont know how much worse because of this. Has anyone heard anything? Thanks, Jim.

Yes I am worried and have voiced my concerns while everyone seemed patient about the processing times. I have been checking Igor's list constantly and I frankly never saw a June approval yet from Vermont. It seems like they keep processing March/April and May and didn't start on June at all. i felt like the approvals have became slower in the last few weeks even prior to the hurricane. I imported the data from Igor's list on an Excel spreadsheet and as of today it seems like they still have 34 March Applications waiting for NOA 2 / 49 april / 127 may / 118 June (this without considering the additional 89 applications that are currently passed the 5 months processing time. Also to keep in mind Igor's list is not complete or should not be looked at as a whole but merely just as an estimate. even so seems like we won't see any june's till late September, beg. of October. And let's hope none of us are unfortunate enough to still be waiting for it in 2013, I have seen quite a few profiles with NoA1 dates going back to 2010 still waiting today.

I really haven't had time to dig into the numbers so thanks for the reply! It may not be good news but is good info. I hear VJ only accounts for about 10 % of the load for what it's worth. Usually the long term applicants are due to RFE . My timeline estimate is for the first week in October. Good to know thats what you see for June also but I do wonder what affect the storm may have to an already slow system. My condolences to anyone affected by the storm of course but I'm sure I am not the first to say immigration needs to be alot simpler. Good luck to everyone and thanks again giorgiannap357 for the post. Jim

Hello, all!

I didn't see a thread for us Juners, so I figured I'd start one and say hello! We applied for the K-1 on June 4, and got the text of receipt on June 15.

My fiance lives in Canada, and I'm hoping we can get everything in order and approved for our May 2012 wedding :) I cannot WAIT to marry my best friend! We've been together 2 years (3 by the time he gets here), and the long distance relationship thing is getting tiring :)

What's your story? :)

This is a great topic.

We are June filers too. Applied on the 10th of June and received our NOA1 on the 15th.

I am the beneficiary and I live in the U.K. My fiance lives in Missouri, which is where I will live with him. I am hoping we are getting closer to that oh so elusive NOA2. C'mon......:)

Our June timelines keep getting pushed back further and further! Here's to hoping they'll be pushed forward this week!! I was hoping for an August or early September NOA2. It seems like sooooooo long to wait :(

Do my eyes deceive me or did I just see an early June slip through the VSC? YAY! Although, I hope this doesn't mean that CSC is slowing down... :-/ Ooooh USCIS, so much effort spent trying to save us from ourselves

Checking on June filers?? How is everyone doing? I am disappointed with the fact that CSC only shows 1 approval this week on Igor's list. We really thought with the way they were pumping out in May filers that we would go through by now. My dress has arrived and the original date we set for the wedding may not be viable now due to not being approved yet. We decided to bite the bullet and bring Kieron over one more time for a few weeks and hopefully see some June approvals by his return. It is expensive to keep flying all over the world hopefully this turns around soon. Good Luck fellow filers on our long journey.

Hi everyone,

i see that most of us are very very very frustrated like my fiance who got sick of waiting and is going through a depressing phase, i am talking doctor and hospital...

what i wanna say is.. we all should stick to the idea that the minimum waiting time between noa1 and noa2 is at least 120 days like it always been, and not look at the exceptions and i guess most of us also been through the N400 and had the same waiting experience.. this way we do not start the panic early and save our selves some energy and nerves for what's coming which is the interview.

god bless, have a good one.

Hey Everyone!!!! Don't lose hope. I have been following the May filers forum as well and it seems as though things are moving along for us.

Tomorrow will be 90 days since I received my NOA1.

Keep things alive. Hoping VSC will get use June people underway.
