They asked for more evidence of us meeting..which is complete bull considering we went to the same high school for 3 out of 4 years( I was a freshman and he was a sophomore when we met) and we lived less than 8 blocks away from each other!

It doesn't matter for USCIS even if you spent all childhood next door from each other, they absolutely don't care about knowing each other in the past (I don't know when was period you're describing), all they need - proof of meeting in person in the past 2 years before filing petition, because without it petition can't be approved. So, may be it wasn't enough dated evidence of meeting in person in past 2 years in documents you sent (like fresh photos together, receipts from places you visited together recently, flight tickets, boarding passes...)? Yeah, we sent plenty of dated things but I suppose that wasn't enough. I sent in our prom picture with the little sleeve that has the date and an affidavit from the dean of students at my school saying he's known us since last year..the photo was in fact taken at prom 2011..blahblahblah. Also, 6 affidavits from our friends stating the same thing pretty much. I hope thats enough!

Boarding passes and such would have been nice, but neither I nor him has traveled by plane ever. He only just recently did when he went to Mexico as he had to leave by the time he was 18 1/2 and I have school, so I couldn't go with him.
