Our petition has been approved!!!!!!!! On october 31, just like what igor's list said, that it will be adjuducated between Oct 22 and Oct 31. I found out by checking the USCIS website by putting my receipt number in.

Post Decision Activity

On October 31, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I had to call my fiance and tell her on the phone :):):):):):)

love hearing these approvals...maybe us JUNE filers can make a thread for NVC filers...so ryt now ill wait for the NOA2 then update my timeline...then wait for NVC to send me further instructions...to all who are waiting always believe and to check the update...i know how it feels...i promise that it will be worth the wait :)

Congratulations to my fellow June filers who got their NOA2 recently! :dance:

Gives me hope that we'll be getting ours soon too (hoping within this week, since my bday is coming up..no better gift!)

Our NOA1 is June 23, 2011.

Some people who are after us got theirs already. Happy for you guys (and a wee bit jealous too!)

Mine is June 28th, so I have been checking USCIS like crazy, hoping that I'll get an NOA2, 134 day tomorrow. Best of luck to all of you guys. :)
