if you research igor list from 2010 may till 2011 june. most of the june filers last year gets approved by nov first week.

I'm thinking Boxster is right. It looks as if the shift from one office slowing to another may be a pattern, ours the unlucky portion of the year for CSC.

Good thing is WE ARE CLOSER THAN WE EVER HAVE BEEN!

Me three! My patience is running out... I know we should expect it to take at least 5 months, but because of all the fast approvals we saw when we sent in our application we became hopeful that our application would be approved in no time (our original prediction here on VJ was early September). I guess hope is kind of a dangerous thing in this process... I truly hope (dangerous) that CSC turns their attention to us June filers before we all hit the 5 months mark! Lets go CSC you can do it!!

June 22nd 2011: Sent off I-129F package to Texas PO box

June 24th 2011: NOA1

November 16th 2011: NOA2 (145 days)

January 19th 2012: Interview (209 days) Approved!

Our AOS/EAD/AP timeline:

May 4th 2012: Sent off AOS/EAD/AP package

May 8th 2012: NOA1 for all three

June 5th 2012: Biometrics appointment

July 20th 2012: EAD/AP approved (77 days)

August 8th 2012: AOS interview: Approved! (96 days)

August 16th 2012: Green card in hand!

I truly hope (dangerous) that CSC turns their attention to us June filers before we all hit the 5 months mark! Lets go CSC you can do it!!

If they don't they'll be getting a lot of service requests and expedite requests which will slow them down even more.

I feel like there haven't been many approvals lately. In May filers, I know a lot of ppl who are putting in service requests now.

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T

Yeh, I signed up for notifications from USCIS and have not received anything since the NOA1 either. Not sure it matters. At this point it is in God's hands. NOA2 or not, headed overseas in December to spend the holidays together as a family.

Dec 02, 2011- Went to the Local Reps office to have them look into the case further

Dec 07, 2011- Wrote email to the vermont service center ( the got back to me Dec 20, of course to tell me I was approved due to the congressman's inquiry)
