I hope we get approved soon

Yeah, all we can do is hope and wait... I mailed a letter to VSC to ask what the situation is, any progress, updates, anything! I got the letter certified so I can track it and make sure someone signs for it to confirm delivery. I guess the only upside to this situation is that it's not a few people from June that haven't received their NOA2, so we aren't alone.

Chin up! Stay strong.

I see some posters mention they know their application was "touched." I have not received any notice of anything since the NOA1 on June 27. Where do you track touches? Mahalo.

You have to register you case through USCIS website.... sometimes they don't even update it.. could be pointless

Yeh, I signed up for notifications from USCIS and have not received anything since the NOA1 either. Not sure it matters. At this point it is in God's hands. NOA2 or not, headed overseas in December to spend the holidays together as a family.

Remember: "When all you have is lemons, you have to learn how to make lemonade."

I am praying we all have a Merry Christmas, filled with NOA2's and interviews!

Hi everyone!

Just would like to ask how will you know if your case has been "touched" already?

(My petition was filed June 15, received by CSC according to them by June 17. Hard copy of NOA was received by June 21. We're still waiting for our NOA2, hopefully there's no problem with our documents...)

Just checking in June filers. 113 days and counting I did not think it would take so long way back in June when CSC was cranking out approvals in less than 80 days. Blah!

I believe "touched" is when the date changes when you check the website. Mine still states June 20th, lol not one finger had even come near it since.
