Now I'm nervous I'm going to leave a sheet of paper or two.

Yeah, I need to relax....

Relax!

Here's what I was asked for at various stages of the interview:

Appointment confirmation / Packet 4

Passport

Passport photos

Proof of payment

Medical results

Police Certificate

Birth Certificate (long form)

I-134 & Supporting Evidence (I gave three years of tax returns, pay stubs, a letter from employer)

My fiance's updated letter of intent

I had an entire copy of my I-129F package, copies of all forms I included with Packet 3, evidence of an ongoing relationship ... wasn't asked for any of it.

You'll be fine.

Thanks.

Okay, one last thing before I leave and hopefully bump this in a week in happiness... how many passport pics I need???

I'm kind of getting sick of continuing going back to walmart and getting taking again and again, lol....

I included some in my Packet 3, which I don't think I was supposed to do ... but I believe at the interview I was asked for two or three. I can't remember. :(

Now my little lady is nervous about Tuesday!

It's because of support stuff. She is thinking the people in Montreal will think she can't support me. She does make the amount that is needed, but she is scared she needs tax returns(she started work this year, early 2011 for the first time ever).

Again, she makes what is asked and what's also important, in my opinion, is I'm bringing my bank statement, showing that I have a large amount of cash in my bank account.

We should not be worried over this, right?

Well, she will need supporting evidence for the I-134. If she doesn't have tax returns, what does she have?

Not even my bank statements showing I have a lot of money?

How much is "a lot" of money?

Sorry to be tacky and have to ask, but I think when it comes to savings, there needs to be a certain amount and it's fairly significant.

That is decent. :) I'm not sure whether Montreal will find it sufficient, but hopefully someone here who has experience with not having any tax returns will be able to provide you some help.

Is it possible for your fiancee to get a letter from her employer stating what her position is, how much she makes, whether or not she's permanent, etc?

A letter from her employer saying she is an employee in good standing, that she has been working there for X amount of time and that she makes Y a year is important. You could also get a letter from her bank to say for how long she has had an account with them and how much total she has deposited into the account.

You can add bonds, investments value, etc.

If she does make the 125% required it does not mean she always has. I'm sure they understand that :)

The thing is, I'm heading to Montreal tomorrow morning (Tuesday is interview) so we can't get a letter mailed to me that fast. I have 5 real pay stubs from April -June showing it's enough and couple days ago she actually emailed me 2 more pay stubs for July(2011).

Here is 1 of 2 statements to show. I didn't want to show my name/account numbers, so that's why the black marks.

While the pay stubs are good to have, the downside to not having a letter from the employer is that the consulate will not know whether or not this job is a permanent thing. For all they know, she could only be working for a few months. She can't prove that she will have this job for a long period of time.
