Multiple e-mail addresses for watched topics?

For those who share their account with their SO, I was wondering if it could be possible to update VJ so you can add multiple e-mail addresses for watched topics?

That way if my fiancee posts something or wants to follow a discussion, she could use her address to get updates instead of it defaulting to my address. Or if I posted something that I want her to follow we could both get the updates.

Is this possible?

i agree. cause both my fiance and i use "our account" here. i made the account but i let my fiance check and have full access of it. we consider it as "our account" here in vj. but when he and i comment,nobody knows who's who. i wish multiple email addresses would be possible. thanks.

The easy solution is to create a separate vj account for each spouse. That cuts down on confusion, and when one spouse gets suspended for a couple of days, the innocent spouse can still access the site.

We actually prefer that each member of a couple has their own account as there has been a great deal of confusion in the past from two individuals - with distinctly different posting behaviours and styles - causing confusion and even discord in the forums by sharing an account. You can still share your account information with each other if you wish, but that way you each have your own account and can post - and watch - the threads that you each prefer. And, as Some Old Guy mentioned, if one member of the couple choses to make some inappropriate comments that end up getting the account suspended (and yes, this has happened as well leading almost immediately to the couple setting up individual accounts ) the innocent party isn't also affected.

We actually have a total of 3 accounts:

One for me (Bob), one for her (Anna) and now that we're in the process for her older son we have a third (mainly to link his timeline to) for his process. I works great. We are Bob-4-Anna, Anna-4-Bob & BobNAnna4Carlo. Lots of couple use similar naming.
