Guys

I am about to apply for I-765 (EAD) for my wife who came on K-1 visas.

I already applied for I-485 (Adjustment of Status) and paid the fees.

The question is, do I need to pay for I-765? Also besides a copy of my pending I-485 and Photos, is there anything else I need to attach?

Thanks

There is no fee. Besides the NOA- I-797C from your I-485 and 2 passport photos, you need a copy of the bio page from your passport. You also might want to attach the G-1145, to get e-notification that is was received.
