Supplemental Non-Immigrant Visa Application

Hi everyone,

So I just received Packet 3 today and I'm filling out the supplemental non-immigrant visa application. Under where it says list all countries I've entered in the past 10 years, I put it like so:

USA 1993, 1996, 2001, 2008, SINGAPORE 2006-2010, HONG KONG 2007, ITALY 2008.

I managed to squeeze everything in that box. What do you think? Acceptable? Would you understand that I went to Singapore in each year from 2006 to 2010?

It seems pretty clear I think.. But if you're not sure maybe you could also put them in this way: "USA '93, '96, '01 etc..". Gives you a little more space to squeeze it all in. Or just attach an additional sheet. And stop worrying

just to be safe i would attach the sheet and not have to worry about any confusion with these consulars looking to deny for any stupid reason.

True, would want to avoid giving them any reason to! Btw, about that additional sheet... is it just like a regular blank sheet of paper or do I have to print out the form again and just fill in that bit?

sueling what we did was just use a blank white standard sheet of paper. you have to make sure you put the section and question number on the sheet. there cant be any confusion wht the sheet is. also the form number also is a good thing to put on it. hope this helps!
