Can someone tell me which type Abridged (Extrait d'acte de Naissance) or Unabridged copy of birth certificate do I need to submit for my husband with the I-130 Petition at the U.S. Consulate in Casablanca?

I would imagine the unabridged copy due to the nature of the request. I'm pretty sure they want it apostilled as well - at least they asked that of us. Any official document like a birth cert, or devorce decree was subject to that. Good luck!

They did not specify, so my fiancee will be taking the long version on the birth certificate.

I'm not sure where you are at in the process, but I don't think you need to submit any birth certificate for the beneficiary with the original I-130 packet that goes to USCIS. If you're talking about later in the process, I don't know, but as others have said I would err on the side of caution and go with the long form.
