I know it is really depressng for those of us who are waiting and it all seems unfair but stay positive. It will come soon enough. There is not much you can do instead of being patient. Just hang in there. When your day comes, it will be the sweetest thing in the world. Just imagne the sweetness of that day and try to get through one day at a time.

I had a senator get involved about a month ago. Three days ago I requested an expedite based on financial loss. I received no notification that the expedite was approved. Maybe they just didn't want to hear from me anymore ;)

"Go figure" that the USCIS hates me and my spouse. :crying: You get an NOA2 and my generated expedite gets another denial letter. :help:

Dear Funfetti,

As we all know, CSC was backed up and they are making slow progress, but it is progress. Just be patient for one more month...it will come...don't worry. Our minds have the tendency to think that something might be wrong with our application....this is unnecessary worry....I also went through this....The Bible says, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and mind in Christ Jesus our Lord" Jesus is the "Prince of Peace" who gives His peace in the midst of life's troubles, which guards our hearts from sinning. Your NOA1 date is not too different from those are being reviewed and some June people still need to get their files reviewed....so don't worry. If you do not hear for another month, I would start to look into other options. For now, have some more patience....it is coming....soon!

Best regards,

Anand
