My husband call on Jan 12 to make a change of address and to see if expedite request qualified

for that lost his job and that affects us economically because I depend on the money that he sent me every 2 weeks,

and the agent told him '' yes, you qualified for expedite request by Severe financial loss to company or individual'', the agent made him a few questions and after the question, the agente say ''In 5 to 8 days you will be getting an answer by mail''.

6 days after the expedite request, noa2 email arrives! in both cases!!!

The last update was on January 17th! I'm very happy!

A VJer with a 7/11 NOA1 date reported getting their NOA2 today. I'm thinking 2 more weeks for those of us in the late July time frame. I also read a post that said someone called the USCIS and was told they were working petitions around that same date, so there is more hope now than the past month or so.

USCIS told me still 16June on Tuesday. I believe that other post was in error.

I also called the office of the Congressman, talked to the assistant and filled up the Constituent Authorization requesting for their assistance. They said they will write to CSC right away. They told me that they will call me once they receive the response from CSC.

It took atleast 3-5 days before they replied, I used my military email maybe thats why as a courtesy they replied back. But before I sent the email I know that the email address is not for follow ups.

I sent an email to our congressman and this morning I received an email from him telling me that he forwarded my email to one of his assistants, and just now I received a call from his assistant (person in charge of immigration problems). I asked them if they can help me expedite my case because I want to settle everything for my wife (house etc) before I deploy overseas (military). They sent me an email and told me to fill up the form (constituent authorization) so they can access my application at USCIS. They told me that they will write to USCIS right away to check my case status and they will get back to me as soon as they hear anything from USCIS.

Called USCIS June 16 still for the last 3 months! The man said "until they are ready to make a decision it won't happen". I told him they are working out of sequence. Hence the 8-30 day approval range on here. He seemed startled said "out of sequence" and gave me the usual run around.
