I called USCIS today (19 Dec 2011) I talked to this agent named laura, she told me that they are currently processing June 16, how come we have already July approvals if they are processing June 16?hmmmm is it possible that the system that they look at is not up to date? :blink:

July 11 2011: Mailed from APO, AP address

July 16 2011: Delivered in Chicago Lock Box Facility

July 18 2011: Received notification via email with the receipt number NOA 1

July 25 2011: Received NOA1 (hard copy)

August 1 2011: Touched

February 16 2012: Approved!!!! (Received E-Mail from USCIS) NOA 2

It took 213 days before we got our NOA 2

NVC Stage

February 24 2012: NVC received the documents from USCIS

February 24 2012: Sent an email to NVC regarding DS 3032 (Assign an Agent)

February 27 2012: Case number assigned by National Visa Center

February 28 2012: Received an email from NVC telling me that they already received my DS 3032 (Assign an Agent) Now waiting for IIN

February 28 2012: Called NVC and I got my Invoice ID number, they told me to wait for the email before I can pay for it

February 29 2012: Received I-864/DS230 Invoice via E-Mail

February 29 2012: Paid I-864/IN PROCESS

February 29 2012: I-864 mailed from APO address (overseas)

Indeed.. Their oldest batch files may be from June 16, but their tracking is wrong-ish.

There are random approvals all over, but according to the bulk pulls I did the majority of the processing is happening in the July 5 - 7 range.

Indeed.. Their oldest batch files may be from June 16, but their tracking is wrong-ish.

There are random approvals all over, but according to the bulk pulls I did the majority of the processing is happening in the July 5 - 7 range.

That's more or less how I feel they're doing it as well. The 16June date is probably either a batch tracking date or possibly even "all petitions in normal processing prior to 16June are complete" and so that's what they are 'processing'.

The other possibility is that date is completely meaningless, for the most part, and is calculated some how based on variables were don't know.

Based on what an USCIS operator said about standard processing time (i.e. it's not really 5 months, it's whatever they say it is), I think that's accurate.

Still waiting after 5 months.....

Hello. My wife called today as we are pending 155 days and counting. They say they will not do a service request because they are working on June 16 right now. She demanded to speak to a level to and explained her health conditions and everything to look into the case. More than likely they will still deny the request but we have waited over 5 months now.

Amazing that they've been working on the same bloody day for more than two frakking months, no? :angry::protest::ranting:
