What I mean is, why are they allowed to not do our petitions roughly in chronological order? Dealing with a large group later rather than sooner does nothing to lessen the total number of petitions.

We have the same conclusion. I've also thought of that. 160-161 days.

Just called USCIS, they're working on 16-June.

Still another 3 weeks for me at the least. :(

file I-751, petition to remove the conditions of residence (before 2nd year expires upon entry)

You haven't updated your time line :)

In any case, without knowing when your NOA1 date it is hard to say whether you may be correct or not. They've been telling people "16-June" now for at least a month so I wouldn't put too much stock in that.

Oh, oddly: I got an email from USCIS that 'my service request for a duplicate receipt' had been processed and they would be sending me a duplicate receipt within 30 days. Um, I'm pretty sure I asked them to process our frickin application, not give us a duplicate receipt. This happen to anyone else who put in a service request?

The ~160 pattern is getting stronger with more data coming in. 160 - 165, with the end day landing on weekends/holidays, seems to be a good estimation at this point.

Oh, oddly: I got an email from USCIS that 'my service request for a duplicate receipt' had been processed and they would be sending me a duplicate receipt within 30 days. Um, I'm pretty sure I asked them to process our frickin application, not give us a duplicate receipt. This happen to anyone else who put in a service request?

I hope calling USCIS for a service request helped your case instead of delaying it more.

Day 133 Since NOA1... Day 130 since last touch...

Movement out of CSC according to Igor's list is still very slow but it looks like most June filers are approved. However, it also looks like work hasn't even properly begun on July with nearly all applications still outstanding.

Not sure if the 160ish day pattern is still holding or not. Time is still ticking by.... :(

Supposed to wait until the 15th....

My NOA1 date just passed its 150-day mark. It's been 5+ months already! I just asked my representative for help. Will let you know.
