yaaaay for you! hope you get a noa2 for your daughter tomorrow!

Amen to that . I will calling USCIS Office tommorrow like crazy , i will not stop calling. Tommorrow is the only day i have before i fly out and its gonna be expensive calling USCIS from Africa all the time

What I mean is, why are they allowed to not do our petitions roughly in chronological order? Dealing with a large group later rather than sooner does nothing to lessen the total number of petitions.

8February2012 - 27February Massive delay caused by sending the EP OPTIN email too soon :(

28February2012 - AOS Fee Paid

29February2012 - AOS Fee shows paid, AOS Package sent in

5March2012 - IV Fee shows paid (paid on 3March), IV (DS-230) Package sent in

6March2012 - AOS Rejected due to minor error, corrected version emailed in

8March2012 - Email received indicating AOS correction and DS-230 review in process

9March2012 - Case Complete Email - END NVC PROCESS

15March2012 - Interview Scheduled: 18April2012 (Document turn-in: 17April2012)

i just got the NOA 2 approval email just now.. but it is bitter sweet. My wife's approval came through but still waiting for that of my daughter

My 5 months are up!

I called USCIS and.... they are working on June 16! imagine that! They have been working on petitions from June 16th for weeks!

I think June 16 is just a conservative estimate. They are actually approving June 22, 27 and 28 then they STOPPED!

How long will they let us wait???

We actually don't know they stopped. As pessimistic as I can be at times, we have to remember that the reports we get here are merely a fraction of a fraction of the total. Also, the latest date yet reported may be 28June, but that date is important as it is nearly the last working day of June and being a Wednesday may also be some sort of cut off. What's more, we've had all these reports in the last two/three days. It'll be interesting to see what the next 5 working days reveal, no? :)
