I called twice and they told me they couldn't put in the service request. First I was told call back in 15 days, second I was told 151 days wasn't 5 months, and to call back December 1st. Was told I couldn't speak to a manager either time because they have the exact same information the agents do, if the agent couldn't put in a service request they couldn't etc etc, and that there was no one higher to speak to.

So obviously if you got a service request, someone must be able to do it: what did you say to them ayomide?

If you ask him to transfer u to his boss and he refuses,Ask for his badge number and name ...You are entitled to know who refuses your request

Oh hmm, looks like you're actually 155 days or so? So maybe the literal calendar month is correct, even though that results in different numbers of days for different applications....

The first guy i spoke to told me that CSC are working on June 16th applications anf that i have nothing to worry about.But i told him i have all to worry about when i go to bed every time without my wife and daughter by my side..I asked him to put himself in my should and tell me what he will do....He kept quiet and then said he is transfering me to his boss

It was reported in the other thread that people have been told they are working on 16June now for more than two weeks. Accurate data sure would be nice, no?

That said, I wouldn't be shocked to find out that information is updated at a batch level and not real time.

Yeah, nothing like being misinformed or outright lied to, to improve the lot of desperate, basically powerless people in an already miserable situation.

I called again this morning to find out the status of the service request that was placed and was told i have to wait another 15 days for them to get back to me...I guess the waiting game continues......You just cannot win with the CSC...We are their mercy :help: :help:

So what is the total number of days they said you have to wait? 30?

15 days from the day the request was put in...You just have to be diplomatic when dealing with these people.Some have more knowledge than others.The first person i spoke to again today told me she did not see any Request, so i asked her to transfer me to her supervisor than i will not argue with her when i am sure and that i have the service request referral number .

Getting a little antsy. Mid-December will be our 5 month mark. Hoping for good news while he's here for Christmas

I've reached 5 months today and still no word from USCIS.. Looks like we're all at a stand still.

As far as any information shows there's been no movement of any kind for July filers at CSC since 4August
