There are still a lot of June USCIS filers who have not received their approvals yet. As far as i know only early June filers (ie. June 3, 2011) got their NOA-2. I think us July filers would take another month of waiting. Bad!

so unlike!

October 12, 2011 - NOA2

October 14, 2011 - Case number and Packet 3 received

October 25, 2011 - Interview appoinment confirmed

November 15-16, 2011 - Medical Exam, passed

November 25, 2011 - Interview, visa approved

Igor's list is accurate, I think, to the extent that people self report. And...the numbers depend on which service center / application you are looking at. For CSC, I-130 there have been a bunch of June approvals...but it seems like they are taking a vacation this week :(. VSC seems to be pretty much done with August! Texas also is well into August. Wah! Lucky filers there :)

We're coming, we're coming...just around the corner. And if NVC is speedy, who knows...maybe a Christmas present. I'm not getting my hopes up for that, though.

What do you think your 09/09/11 touch was for?

Allah[swt] says: “You may have someone in your mind, someone in your heart, someone in your dreams, someone in your life, but I am your someone when you have no one"He[swt] reminds us saying "O Prophet! Allah is sufficient for you and for the believers who follow you." [[Qur'an:8:4]] So when you slip and fall, remind yourself of Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim, the One whose always there, just waiting for your Call!

Have any of you heard anything yet? http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/333213-is-there-any-way-this-is-correct/page__p__4941649#entry4941649 According to that link it seems things are pretty dry over at CSC for I-130 petitions. Although, it says they are on July 7, 2011 NOA1 currently.

I think the link you provided was just one very very lucky and very very happy couple. Seems like CSC is really slowing down.

July 1st filer. Just two more days until the window begins where 'based on our timeline, our petition may be approved' :D

Not that the CSC has been doing petitions in the order they were received or anything....

Has any July filers here been approved, yet? Not counting those who were expedited. It's been 3 painful months. :(

reg.ula.tion.me.ooow.2011 // tomcat.fight

to do list:
file i-130, petition for alien relative
get immigrant visa
get ssn card and green card
get employment authorization - not required
file I-751, petition to remove the conditions of residence (before 2nd year expires upon entry)
become a US citizen

Thank you Visajourney!

Yup, you'll be first to go! I hope July filers start reporting in soon. It'll be exciting to watch it come toward me.
