You are almost there current now is 15 of May 1988 of F4 category,visa bulletin is unpredictable it may step forward and it may sometimes step backward.

hi i just want to ask if how many years is your waiting time or since when were you being petitioned...coz my mom is also an f4 but her priority date is april of 2002...and she was petiotioned last 1994....thanks..

for philippines F4 category it will take more or less 23 yrs waiting time....

it takes 22 years waiting period, medical and interview done already last year, only we're affected by retrogression so we have to wait pd become current again..
