Congratulations, Allegra !

Thanks!!!!!!!!!! heeheehee I am finally in a good mood today

My husband sent the lawyer the info that she stated the Uscis requested for the rfe but I haven't heard anything else.

What RFE did you get? Hope you hear something soon!

I called nvc this morning. The lady told me that it looked like they received my case on Sept 14. Called by chance again tonight and another operator said it looked like my case got there the end of Aug. and it should be a couple of more days. Nothing there makes any sense at this stage of the process.

Ugh... well hopefully you'll get it by the end of the week!!!!

Well, I was stick to my first date (which was September, 5th). The other operator told it had been entered on 6th (I guess no one worked on Labor Day 5th ). The third operator told me - "We've just received it" (and it was somewhere on September 12-15) :D . Similar to your case.

My advise: call NVC one more time and see what they say that time.

Good luck and get your case# !

Just couple minutes ago sent my i864 package via e-mail and got response from NVC about acceptance right away.

Operator confirmed DS261 (choice of agent) acceptance and that it was entered into the system. I hope to get IV bill invoiced tomorrow.

I'm really glad that my wife in Canada so it speeds up the whole process .

I have all of Hadrien's documents signed and ready to go.. he's got duplicates just in case.

I put my team to work - had my mom translate all of his french papers and my dad sign the co-sponsor.

They both failed in efficiency. I had to supervise the terrain. My mom made some progress today but my dad is waaaay behind.

Will have to get on his case as soon as he wakes up tomorrow morning. I'll slip him a 5$, maybe that'll do the trick.

. Well, in most of the times when people see $$$$ bills it'll definitely speed up the whole process  .

Make sure Hadrien sends you at least $10,000 check (like I told you long time ago) for your pocket expenses .

I got NVC number and IIN today.

I sent the attachment DS-3032 to nvcinquiry@state.gov

I never got a confirmation automatic reply from them?

Did they get it?

Was I supposed to get the automatic response?

Is the email address correct?

Did you guys use the VJ template or attach the signed ds-3032 and send from beneficiarys email?

How long did it take to get acceptance of your 3032?

Thank you

I got my confirmation and Invoice 2 days after I got my case number and IIN from Operator. I could not pay the bill until after I received the e-mail.

If you don't get it later today, my best guess is that you will get it on Monday.

Hang tight, it goes super fast from now on..
