form where i can get a green card stamp ??

is it possible to leave the country without this stamp ,, cuz something urgent happened in my homeland and i have to back as soon as possible ,, please somebody help me in this i want to leave US and no welling to come back how can i do that?? the first time i travel they asked for my green card in the airport but i lost it and i cant wait 6 month to get a new one

Make an infopass appointment at your local USCIS office and ask there for a stamp in your passport. It's the only way you will get it.
