hi: my fiance is coming on October 2011, and we plan to get married in cityhall in San francisco in the first two week.

But for the drivers license: when can k-1 holder get california drivers lincense?

read the info from the CA DMV... most likely not until they have an immigration document allowing them to remain in the US for one year or more
