Can I ask a question? For the SSN, do I need to get married with my fiancee first and apply for it or can she apply for it before we get married?

Thanks.

you can apply for it before you get married, but it's not valid for work, you will have to go back once you get your EAD to update status and following your GC to update status again. :)
