Married, name change

I recently married my fiance. We are in the process of AOS. I have been changing my name on documents like social security and driver license. What name do I use when we file for AOS? I have clearly used my maiden name until now and its my maiden name that's listed on his Visa and my tax transcripts.

Use your married name on the forms if that's what you want to use There is a place for "other names used" so they will figure it out. You will also send them the marriage certificate. Good luck and congrats!

Use your married name and also use the new married name when you apply for your S.S.N as well. You will get a letter when you go to register for a S.S.N. and on that will have your married name, you could copy this letter and attach it to your A.O.S. paperwork.
