Crazy day here in Ottawa with William and Kate being in town. They were at the Museum of Civilization at the swearing in ceremony for new Canadians (25 lucky people were chosen) and are now on the "Hill" for the official Canada Day celebration. It was thought that there could be upwards of 300,000 people on Parliament Hill, not sure of the actual numbers. Nothing but Canada Day coverage on the CBC.

May 6, 2011 - BIO done in 10 minutes...no re-takes this time :)

I went and saw them at the War Memorial yesterday. It was quite the experience .. couldn't pay me to be downtown today, though! :lol:

Happy Canada Day, one and all! I hope you had a great day wherever you spent it. I spent it remembering all of the great times I had on Canada Day when I still lived there - and felt nostalgic and a wee bit homesick.:)
