01/14/2011 ---- NOA1 - Petition routed to CSC

05/05/2011 ---- NOA2 - Yess!!!(hard copy: 05/09/2011)

07/07/2011 ---- Interview APPROVED!!!

07/12/2011 ---- Visa in hand

09/27/2011 ---- POE SeaTac airport

AUG 24 2011 > K1 Visa POE San Francisco CA (Finally
OCT 06 2011 > Got Married in Redwood City CA (Ehem!)
NOV 14 2011 > SUBMITTED I-1485, I-765 & I-131 Application via USPS to Chicago Lockbox
NOV 18 2011 > Received text and email (I-797 Notice of action was sent via mail)
NOV 26 2011 > Received Biometrics Appointment Letter for DECEMBER 13...
DEC 13 2011 > BIOMETRICS DONE
JAN 07 2011 > Received INTERVIEW Notice for FEB 1st!
JAN 14 2012 > EAD RECEIVED
FEB 01 2012 > INTERVIEW DONE we got APPROVED for conditional GREENCARD yESSSS!!!

I-751 Removal of Condition Journey
DEC 27 2013 > Sent I-751 packet Laguna Niguel Office, CSC
JAN 2 2014 > Packet sent back because of wrong filing fee (wrote $585 instead of $590)
JAN 2 2014 > Re-sent I-751 packet with the correct filing fee this time
JAN 6 2014 > They have received my packet

JAN 9 2014 > Check enchashed

JAN 12 2014> Received Biometrics Appointment

JAN 31 2014> Biometrics done!

April 30 2014> GC Approved

May 4 2014> Letter received Card in production

Thanks everyone! Sorry for the delayed reply. Been busy after interview day. Just waiting for our visa to arrive so we can move on with the seminar/counseling and buy a ticket, plus some last minute shopping for the wedding. :)

TIMELINE:

Feb 01, 2011 - Sent I-129F to Texas Lockbox

Feb 07, 2011 - I-129F Received

Feb 19, 2011 - NOA1 (Mail)

May 13, 2011 - NOA2 (e-mail notice)

May 17, 2011 - NOA 2 (Mail)

May 28, 2011 - Got case number after 2 weeks of waiting

May 30-31, 2011 - 2-day Medical at SLMEC (without the NVC letter, just the MCN)

July 01, 2011 - Interview (APPROVED despite delayed documents!)

July 14, 2011 - Picked up visa from 2Go Main

July 15, 2011 - Bought one-way ticket for first time immigrant (rate)

July 18, 2011 - CFO at SMEF-COW

July 31, 2011 - Flight to the US! (Finally!)

Congrats! We had the same interview date. We might have even bumped into each other, as we were there at 6am too. I was with my son (IR2). I wish I knew who among the interviewees there were from VJ.

I just received the visa few minutes ago. Yours should be on its way. Tomorrow we'll go to CFO and fly out next week.

Ezzie -> 2Go called me yesterday, said my visa is ready for pick-up. Thing is I'm still in Bicol saying good bye to family and friends. :)

Chay & Brian -> Thank you! Stress is just starting. LoL! Now I'm helping my Ma and bro with their tourist visa application so they can come for the wedding in Cali. :)
