rfe sent..how many more days to get the noa2?

hi everyone:) just asking for those who got rfe'd, how long did you wait for your noa2? my rfe is my fiance's g-325a and we sent his first divorced decree even if it's not included on the rfe coz they forgot:) pls share your ideas..tnx

6 days we got a text that we are approved then we check the website and yes approved , now waiting for the hard copy

mine was processed in VSC and it took 12 days from the time they received our response up to the time it was approved =) i heard CSV is way faster than VSC...good luck =)

Your "NOA2" was your RFE. NOA2 just means second notice (Form I-797c). Your question really is when will you receive your Approval Notice. In our case it was about 2 weeks after our reply to the RFE was sent.

Service Center : California Service Center

Consulate : Manila, Philippines

I-129F Sent : 2008-12-02

I-129F Receipt Notice : 2008-12-05

RFE: 2009-02-26

Approval Notice: 2009-03-13

NVC Received: 2009-03-23

The NOA 2 is notice of approval & is not an RFE. An RFE is a request for evidence.

They are asking how long it will be after they send in the RFE docs to then get the NOA2. The real answer is no one knows exactly but people have given their own case info. In my case for example an RFE added 60 days.

I received a RFE through VSC on June 2nd and still waiting... I called to request for service and they wrote me yesterday and said that they will notify me within 60 days. ...

Ok my RFE was for CR-1 and was 4 pages long

the evidence weighed in over 25 pounds when it was returned

and we got sent 2 days after they recieved it to NVC. Trust me, no one had time to even read any of it.

it was a box of information and affidavits and everything you can imagine.

so, depends on who processes your RFE

that is all I can figure.
