Hey folks

this evening i got email from NVC regarding to my wife and contains NVC case number too.The email says no further plan is required now until your priority date becomes current.i m confusion now.. do i dont need to do anything now such as DS 3023,DS 230,AOS.....? i am filling from LPR status.Is LPR petition postponed after case assigned?Have anybody got the same confusion.

Dont be confused.... What you explained is normal processing of such cases in that category

Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete
May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA

So did NVC request DS 2032 and invoice for my beneficiary and me too. Are they doing right now or when priority dates become current?

they will request info at anytime... and more as the cut off dates advances
