Questions about travelling during the 90 day window preceeding my 2 yr green card expiry

I have a 2yr conditional residency/green card at the moment. It's due to expire in November. The 90-day window starts in August, when I have to file to remove conditions.

I'm traveling overseas at the end of July for family reunion, but I will be back well before the 90 day period is up.

A) will there be any problems with my being outside the country when the 90 day period begins?

B) will there be any problems with my filing in the second half of that 90 day window, after I return from overseas?

I tried calling USCIS earlier today to get these questions answered, and got nowhere.

I was hoping someone here could help me out. Thank you.

NO and NO just as long as you ROC in plenty of time before the 90 days ends DOn't leave it till the last minute. How long are you going for 1 week 2 3 you say August is the start of your 90 day window , you are going in July Don't see the problem really.

That's what I thought, I just wanted confirmation.

The 90 day window starts for me on August 11th. I'm leaving the US on July 31st and returning the 2nd week in September. So I'll be back well in time before the end of the 90 day period in November.
