If you are not able to live with her because of different issues as you claimed, then you should move , then you should contact USCIS to change your address and to wait their decision what so ever, if she reported you as you say, they might interview you, and you just need to be honest and you will be fine

but staying with her while you dont want so you get your card approved, this is considered fraud

Try to work things out with her, if nothing, do whats right

Good Luck

Let me just say one thing. When you are pregnant, you can become really hard to live with because your hormones are changing. I don't know your situation, and I don't want to judge. However, I would say that this is a very vulnerable time for her and it could be affecting the dynamics of your relationship. Just try to consider her point of view, if that is possible. Having a child should be a blessing, not a curse. But I wonder if you weren't ready to have a child?

You will not be deported on empty accusations, so don't worry about immigration...

Worry about your child instead. If she was so desperate to keep you and you leave while she is pregnant, her stress will be huge and may affect your child development adversely. Do you want to be a father of a healthy child or a sickly child?

Stick with her until your baby is born, then decide what you want... to stay or go. This is one time when you have to bite the bullet and consider suffering for the well being of a third party (your baby).
